Are the Miami Dolphins fed up with Tyreek Hill? For now, it’s tough to say.
Publicly, Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel has spoken about a path forward with the receiver. While he called Hill’s decision to pull himself from Miami’s Week 18 game “not acceptable,” McDaniel also said that he cleared the air with the receiver and he felt Hill “embraced accountability” in their meeting.
But amid discipline issues that McDaniel struggled to solve in 2024, can the Dolphins afford to live with Hill’s conduct?
Parting with Hill would be financially tricky for the Dolphins; however, their current situation isn’t unprecedented. Just last year, the Buffalo Bills faced similar circumstances with Stefon Diggs.
