The Miami Dolphins are holding their breath after an injury scare to Tyreek Hill.
Late in the first quarter of Monday night’s game against the Tennessee Titans, Hill went down awkwardly on the sideline. He stayed down and grabbed his ankle in apparent pain.

Hill entered Monday night with an NFL-leading 1,481 receiving yards. That put the 29-year-old on pace to eclipse Calvin Johnson’s single-season record.
While Hill has endorsed teammate Tua Tagovailoa as an MVP candidate, he’s generated his own buzz for the award. After all, he’s cleared 100 yards in eight games and found the end zone 12 times in as many games.
He’s a huge reason the Dolphins lead the NFL in total offense and can tie the Baltimore Ravens atop the AFC with a victory over Tennessee. A win on Monday night would also give them a three-game division advantage over the Buffalo Bills with four weeks remaining.
However, Miami hasn’t scored since Hill exited the game. Tagovailoa, who’s averaging 288.1 passing yards per game, has just 75 passing yards and a lost fumble.
According to NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe, Hill got his left ankle wrapped on the sideline. The Dolphins and Titans are tied at 7-7.
