The Miami Dolphins are still alive after a 29-17 win against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 16.
All three units for the Dolphins put together strong performances with their back against the wall. While the offense only got in the end zone twice and settled for five field goals, it racked up 381 yards — its highest total since Week 1. And although the Miami defense allowed 374 yards, it showed up in big moments, including its game-sealing interception and three red zone stops.
Getting into the postseason is still unlikely, but the Dolphins showed they haven’t stopped fighting.
