Multiple NFL executives across the league are teasing a Dolphins Tyreek Hill trade this upcoming offseason. According to them, they believe the Dolphins could be listening to offers starting next month this time around during the free-agent market to see who’s willing to give up ample draft capital. Hill has been teasing he could leave Miami and wants out of there, especially after the regular season finale but follows up stating he wants to stick with the team. It seems like it’s been a “back and forth” never-ending game for the speedster, however, if the Dolphins receive a massive overhaul, they could trade Hill.
As it stands, the Dolphins are nowhere near to being a potential contender as they will likely continue to clean house after already releasing players like running back Raheem Mostert and cornerback Kendall Fuller. The financial situation in Miami looks bleak so many should expect the Dolphins to part ways with some of their keystone superstars which means the less likely they’ll have a successful season upcoming. One of the departures could be with Hill since he will account $28.5 million towards the team’s salary. Hill has been pretty clear he wants out of Miami even though he quickly changes his feelings, it doesn’t make sense to keep him around if he doesn’t desire to stay.
However, it will be up to NFL teams out there to offer a capable offer that could intrigue the Dolphins. Despite that, two teams like the Chargers, Ravens could be the ones to offer the godfather deal this offseason.

Zay Flowers’ New Friend
The Baltimore Ravens have been struggling for the past two seasons looking for a superstar wide receiver to pair with Zay Flowers. Even though Rashod Bateman has a good set of hands, he’s still not on the level of what Flowers can produce on the field. With that, the team should look into investing in their future and make a Tyreek Hill trade happen to finally push for Super Bowl contention. Perhaps, they could spice a deal up that the Dolphins can’t turn down this offseason.
Mark Andrews and two first-round picks should be enough capital in return for Hill and a future sixth-round pick should be enough to pull the trigger. While Andrews isn’t getting any better as the season progresses, it’s clear that Isaiah Likely is the future of the tight-end department. This is an offer for the Dolphins since they could improve their wide receiver corps behind Jaylen Waddle in the future. Hill is aging himself so perhaps, these are all things that could be considered.
Lightning in a Bottle
As for the Chargers, the team will be in the market for a superstar wideout as well and the good news is they have the cap space for it. 2024 draft pick Ladd McConkey is the only capable wide receiver on the roster while Quentin Johnston continued to struggle and Joshua Palmer will enter free agency. Quarterback Justin Herbert was able to thrive in certain moments but it wasn’t enough to make a deep run in the postseason.
Perhaps, the presence of Hill could be the move that changes this organization around. Head Coach Jim Harbaugh wants to help the ground game and defensive trenches but to keep up with the rest of the AFC, they should go hard to try to trade for Hill. As for a hypothetical proposal, the Chargers could offer two first-round picks and a future second-rounder in return for Hill.
