A few weeks ago, the Dolphins’ playoff hopes were as slim as possible. Now, they are one win and a Broncos loss from earning a chance at the postseason.
If they lost Sunday, though, their chances would have been dead. A 20-3 win over the Cleveland Browns is a good win, regardless, but given the Dolphins’ playing conditions, it was debatably their best win of the season.
Miami went to rainy Cleveland and won without their starting quarterback and No. 2 wide receiver. Next week, they don’t fully control their destiny, but they are only relying on one other team. Given where they were a few weeks ago, those odds are tremendous.
