Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a rundown of Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

The legal tampering period began on Monday and now the moves are official since the new league year began yesterday. The Miami Dolphins started out pretty quiet and waited a bit before making some moves. Their first move was the addition of quarterback Zach Wilson, who should be the backup to Tua Tagovailoa. Thankfully the Dolphins addressed one of the guard spots with the signing of James Daniels, who many saw as the best guard on the market. There were plenty of other signings, but there is still work to be done and there are still some viable veterans out there. The Dolphins also received four compensatory picks, so they have plenty of draft picks to use this year to stockpile some talent.
You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day’s round-up below.
