As much fun as Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa must have had getting to sing on stage with country music superstar Darius Rucker, a special guest in the crowd – New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones – appeared to be having a blast as well.
This week Tagovailoa got to do a long-awaited musical collaboration with the Grammy-winning singer, performing the iconic song “Wagon Wheel” with Rucker and his band.
In attendance at the venue was Jones, who seemed to be having the time of his life (possibly after having some of his favorite poison), and singing along with the rest of the crowd.
But as you might imagine, fans didn’t take long to start making some jokes about Jones being an audience member – especially after the rough season he had for the Giants in 2023.
“two meme quarterbacks in their natural habitat,” one user joked.
“Already a better singer than a player unfortunately,” wrote another.
“they gonna cook him for this,” a third feared.
