The Miami Dolphins decided Friday that it was worth sitting with $5.4 million in dead money to part with Kendall Fuller.
While the move saved the Dolphins about $2.8 million, it leaves the team in a precarious spot at cornerback. One side of the secondary is manned by seven-time Pro Bowler Jalen Ramsey and there’s not much reason to think that’ll change. But the other side has more questions than answers.
Storm Duck is the most economical solution after starting three games and playing nearly 500 snaps as an undrafted rookie in 2024. There’s also 2023 second-round pick Cam Smith and impending restricted free agent Kader Kohou.
