The NFL Draft order for the first 18 picks are locked in, with the playoffs to decide the other 14 spots.
The 2025 NFL Draft is starting to take shape. With the end of the 20245 regular season, the first 18 picks – the selections made by the non-playoff teams – have been finalized. The other 14 picks in the first round will be determined on when the teams in the playoff lose – or win the Super Bowl.
The Tennessee Titans finished the year tied for the worst record in the league at 3-14. Their strength of schedule, 0.523, was worse than the other 3-14 teams, the Cleveland Browns and the New York Giants, giving them the first overall pick. The Browns and Giants have the second and third selections, with the 4-13 New England Patriots and Jacksonville Jaguars rounding out the top five picks.
The below order is for the first round. Teams rotate from round to round with the other teams that have the same record. For example, the second round will open with the Browns making the 33rd overall pick, followed by the Giants, then the Titans will have the third pick in the round.
No first round trades have been made so far, with every team still holding their own pick in the first 32 selections.
