Time to call our shots for Canes-Noles
We meet again, Canes fam! After 2 installments of our round table discussion about Miami-FSU, we now come to the piece you’ve been waiting for: our predictions. Before we get there, let’s go back.

And now, here are our predictions:
Prediction time. How do you see the game playing out?
Cam Underwood: Miami worked hard to get to this point of the season undefeated. Cam Ward will continue to do Cam Ward things, the running game will continue to bring it’s physical presence to the game, and Miami’s defense will abuse the FSU offensive line, and the secondary (with some new faces?) will step up with their best performance in more than a month. Miami is a 3 touchdown favorite in this game for a reason. This won’t be close. FINAL SCORE: Miami 52 FSU 10
Justin Dottavio: FSU is going to score as Norvell knows how to take advantage of bad communication at DB. But outside of this being a rivalry game I dunno how it stays close. Miami 42 – FSU 13. I can finally enjoy a damn game without pulling my hair out.
Marshall Thomas: Miami 41 FSU 10
KappaCane: Miami rolls big in front of a sellout at home. Canes 51, Noles 17.
Craig T. Smith: I mean if not now, when is it going to happen? Take out Miami’s 52-10 win in 2020, and the Canes haven’t beaten FSU at home by more than 3 points since 1994. They haven’t won by more than 2 scores since 1988 (31-0). This has been a decidedly giant pain in the ass at home.
However, Miami teams don’t come this dominant offensively that often. FSU doesn’t come this poor often either. Miami finally treats FSU like the bums that they are. Miami 41, Florida State 16.
Mike Schiffman: Miami 48, FSU 20. I wouldn’t bet on Miami with the spread, but it’s hard not to like it. I could see the Seminoles scoring some points early to make it close at halftime. The second half is where the Canes pull away and end the losing streak to their hated rival.
Jake Marcus: Miami beat the best team in Tallahassee earlier this year 56-9 when they rolled the Florida A&M Rattlers at Hard Rock Stadium. They’ll edge out the inferior Tallahassee team by a slightly wider margin. Miami 57, FSU 8
Rob Weaver: Miami 45, FSU 13. If SMU can beat FSU 42-16 at home, Miami should be able to best that by an extra field goal on both sides of the ball. I’m expecting a game similar to 2020 when 12th ranked Miami beat FSU 52-10 in a season that the Seminoles finished with a losing record.
Mike McCoy: Miami 52 FSU 16
How do U see the game playing out? Let us know in the comments.
