Isaiah Johnson-Arigu, the four-star small forward from Minneapolis (MN) Totino-Grace, has committed to Miami.
He chose the Hurricanes over Iowa, Northwestern, Texas Tech, and Virginia Tech.
“I chose Miami because it has all the things necessary to get me to the next level,” he told On3.com. “Good facilities, NBA style offense, supportive coaching staff, and teammates who all share the same goal as me.”
He added: “I would describe my game as a 3-level scorer who also takes pride on the defensive end. Very similar and borderline identical to Jordan Miller, a forward who just came out of Miami.”
Miami is also the favorite to land Archbishop Wood (PA) guard Jalil Bethea, who is slated to announce Tuesday or Wednesday.
